2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders placed before the designated cut-off time are shipped the same business day, especially those using UPS Next Day Air or other expedited shipping methods. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
4. Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- International destinations
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with multiple trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:
- UPS
- USPS
- FedEx
The carrier used for your order is automatically selected based on your delivery address, order size, and service availability.
6. Shipping Rates and Options
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery timelines are estimated by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather, or other external factors.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your shipment by:

- Using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email, or
- Entering your tracking number directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.
8. Sales Tax
Applicable U.S. sales taxes are calculated and included in your order total at checkout, based on your shipping address within the United States.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

While we make every effort to deliver your orders promptly, unforeseen factors such as weather, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping details may cause delays. Everform Research LLC is not liable for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier, but we will assist in resolving issues as quickly as possible.
